Excision of Intrapelvid Tumor(myxoma) after Sacral Amputation and Anterior Approach

Abstract

This paper reports a case of pelvic tumor that was removed after sacral amputation at Kyung Hee University. A 46-year-old male had complained of right sciatica and urinary frequency. The laboratory findings were nonspecific. The simple X-ray
findings of
lumbar spine and pelvis revealed no bony involvement. Sonogram and computerized tomography of pelvis revealed a huge mass in the pelvic carvity. By the way of anterior and posterior approach combined sacral amputation. Huge pelvic mass could be
removed
totally.
Authors report a case of pelvic tumor that was removed by anterior and posterior combined approach with sacral amputation.
